Volleyball (6-Week Skillset Regime)
Week 1-2: Basics
- Serving: Underhand and overhand serves, focusing on accuracy and power.
- Passing: Bump and set techniques to ensure precision.
- Footwork: Positioning and movement drills for defense.
Week 3-4: Advanced Techniques
- Blocking: Timing, hand positioning, and footwork drills for blocking.
- Spiking: Approach, timing, and hand positioning for offensive attacks.
- Team Defense: Learning how to dig and cover the court.
Week 5-6: Team Play
- Rotation: Learning court positioning during rotations.
- Set Plays: Coordinated offensive plays, such as quick sets and back-row attacks.
- Scrimmage: Full-team play, focusing on real-game situations.
- Breaks: 10-minute water/fruit break mid-practice, 15-minute sports drink/sandwich break
after scrimmages.
League Tournaments will be coordinated for all age groups pertaining to each training package.
