Basketball (6-Week Skillset Regime)
Week 1-2: Fundamentals
- Dribbling: Ball control, crossovers, and speed dribbling drills.
- Shooting: Proper shooting form, layup drills, and free-throw practice.
- Passing: Chest, bounce, and overhead passes, focusing on accuracy.
Week 3-4: Offensive Skills
- Pick and Roll: Understanding offensive plays, setting screens, and reading defenders.
- Finishing at the Rim: Layups, floaters, and finishing through contact.
- Footwork: Pivoting, jab steps, and proper stance for offensive moves.
Week 5-6: Defensive Techniques
- Man-to-Man Defense: Positioning, closeouts, and maintaining defensive stance.
- Zone Defense: Understanding 2-3 and 3-2 zone strategies.
- Rebounding: Box-out techniques and securing the ball.
- Breaks: 15-minute break for (water/sports drink endorsement) and couture lunch meal
For ages 6–12, this program helps kids learn the basics of basic motor skills as well as passing, dribbling, and shooting
For ages 10–17, this program helps kids refine their skills, conditioning, and participate in tournament play

Future League Tournaments will be coordinated for all age groups pertaining to each training package. (10&U 13&U 17&U)
