Flag Football (6-Week Skillset Regime)
Week 1-2: Offensive Skills
- Passing: Quarterback mechanics, short, and long-range throws.
- Catching: Receiver route running, catching drills, and ball security.
- Running: Running back drills for speed, agility, and cuts.
Week 3-4: Defensive Skills
- Flag Pulling: Techniques for securing flag tackles.
- Coverage: Man-to-man and zone defense drills for defensive backs.
- Line Play: Offensive and defensive line positioning and blocking.
Week 5-6: Team Play
- Offensive Playbook: Learning basic plays, formations, and play-action.
- Defensive Playbook: Understanding blitzes, stunts, and zone coverage.
- Situational Drills: 2-minute drills, red zone offense, and goal-line defense.
- Breaks: 15-minute fruit/water break and 20-minute sandwich break mid-practice.
League Tournaments will be coordinated for all age groups pertaining to each training package.
