Tennis (6-Week Skillset Regime)
Week 1-2: Basics
- Forehand/Backhand: Technique and foot positioning for groundstrokes.
- Serve: Grip, toss, and motion for powerful serves.
- Volleys: Net play drills for reflexes and touch.
Week 3-4: Movement
- Footwork: Lateral movements, quick stops, and changing directions.
- Baseline Play: Deep groundstrokes, consistency, and strategy.
- Net Approaches: Transitioning from baseline to net.
Week 5-6: Match Play
- Game Strategy: Shot selection, mixing power and finesse, court positioning.
- Doubles Play: Understanding doubles strategies and teamwork.
- Tiebreaker Practice: Handling pressure situations and mental toughness.
- Breaks: 10-minute fruit and water break halfway through the session, and 15-minute sports
drink/sandwich break after practice.
League Tournaments will be coordinated for all age groups pertaining to each training package.
