Soccer (6-Week Skillset Regime)
Week 1-2: Ball Control
- Dribbling: Focus on control, speed dribbling, and foot skills.
- Passing: One-touch and two-touch passing for accuracy and timing.
- Shooting: Techniques for power shots and placement.
Week 3-4: Defensive Skills
- Tackling: Proper tackling techniques for defenders.
- Positioning: Staying in formation and covering passing lanes.
- Goalkeeping: Basic techniques, reflex training, and positioning.
Week 5-6: Team Play
- Offensive Strategy: Movement off the ball, creating scoring opportunities.
- Set Pieces: Corner kicks, free kicks, and penalty shots.
- Scrimmage: Simulated games focusing on team strategy and communication.
- Breaks: 10-minute fruit and water break after drills, 15-minute sports drink and sandwich
break after scrimmage.
League Tournaments will be coordinated for all age groups pertaining to each training package.
