Baseball (6-Week Skillset Regime)
Week 1-2: Fundamentals
- Throwing: Proper grip, arm mechanics, and accuracy drills.
- Catching: Pop-ups, ground balls, and fly balls fielding.
- Hitting: Batting stance, swing mechanics, and soft toss.
Week 3-4: Game Situations
- Base Running: Sliding techniques, stealing bases, and rounding bases.
- Fielding: Double plays, force-outs, and tagging runners.
- Pitching: Fastball and change-up drills for pitchers.
Week 5-6: Advanced Skills
- Strategy: Defensive shifts, understanding situations, and positioning.
- Hitting Off-Speed: Drills for recognizing breaking pitches and off-speed pitches.
- Team Play: Relay throws, communication, and teamwork.
- Breaks: 10-minute fruit and water break between skillsets; sports drink and sandwich break
after practice.
League Tournaments will be coordinated for all age groups pertaining to each training package.
